I was impressed with the way your company handled the problem, which if unresolved would have left me stranded in Moscow at 11:00pm. Your substantial efforts to resolve the issue on the spot (via telephone from New York) were successful, and you showed professionalism and integrity every step of the way. I was completely satisfied with the solution.

Your company subsequently played an important part in what turned out to be a rather convoluted process to get a three-month home-stay visa for my daughter.
