Dear Natalia,

I just returned home from my trip to Russia and wanted to give you feedback about the experience my mom and I had. First, we had a wonderful time visiting Russia and really enjoyed ourselves seeing all of the interesting sights, learning about the history and experiencing the culture. It was one of the best trips I have ever taken, and we both now have many great memories.

As far as the services you and your company provided, everything was great and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our three guides were all very nice, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed spending time with them. Traveling with them and learning from them was a wonderful part of the trip, and we wouldn't have been able to learn and understand so much just on our own.

All of the transfers to/from the airport, etc., went as planned and the housing accommodations and train reservations were great. Initially we weren't quite sure how the owner of the apartment in Moscow was going to meet us, because the driver brought us from the airport to the apartment and she wasn't there, but everything worked out fine - she was just running a little late and the driver, David, waited with us until she arrived.

The Arbat Piano Suite apartment in Moscow was clean, very comfortable, and in a good location. We felt very safe there and could easily travel around the city by foot or metro. I really appreciated your help in finalizing the arrangements for the apartment in Saint Petersburg as well - we met with the apartment owner without any problems.

Registering our visas in both Moscow and Saint Petersburg went smoothly, and Anna, our guide in Saint Petersburg, helped us to register the visas there.

The only tiny problem I had on the trip was that the woman at the ticket counter at the Hermitage wouldn't accept the extra ticket you had purchased online for me because it had your name on it, not mine, and it didn't match the name in my passport. I ended up just buying another ticket right there and was able to get in to the museum, but I felt badly because you had gone to the trouble to buy it ahead of time and Vera had very nicely stopped by the apartment in St Petersburg to drop it off. This might be a problem that would affect other travelers in the future, as well.

I am so happy that I chose to work with you and your company in planning this trip. I would never have been able to plan such a trip alone and all of the services you arranged were very high quality and reliable. It was really great to be able to work with you to design a unique trip for ourselves, instead of having to travel with a large group of tourists in order to see Russia. I would highly recommend Travel All Russia to anyone planning to visit Russia.

I think I told you that I used BalletAndOpera.com to buy tickets to the opera and ballet. This company was also great to work with and very flexible as far as arranging the delivery/pickup of the tickets. Well, I think that about sums it up.
