Making a reservation: Any of our tours will be reserved for you and its price will be "locked" when you make a deposit of at least $200 per traveler. We recommend using this option when you wish to pay for a service later, but want to keep its current price. We ask our customers to make the full payment no later than 70 days before their departure date. The initial deposits will be counted towards the final payment. If you decide to cancel a tour after making a travel reservation, the $200 deposit will not be reimbursed; it will be used to compensate ourselves and our partners for incurred expenses.
Payment options: You can pay with a credit card or by check. To pay with your credit card by phone please ask your tour specialist; to pay online fill out the form below. Please note: there is a 1% convenience fee for credit card payments. The actual fee approaches 2%, but we take care of half of it. If you prefer to avoid paying 1% fee, we recommend paying via check written to "Travel All Russia" and mailed to our corporate address: 22 Navigator ct. 22, Staten Island NY 10309.
Cancellation policy: Tour cancellations (package and custom) will be reimbursed in full minus the $200 deposit per traveler. Hotel reservations cancelled later than five days before checking in will incur a penalty equal to one night stay. Airfare cancellation policies are determined by individual airlines and airfare retailers. Our specialists will assist you with making changes, but we will not bear expenses or responsibility for the losses arising from such modifications. Cruise cancellations will be reimbursed in full minus the $200 deposit per traveler. In addition, if you cancel your cruise later than two months before cruise departure, only a partial refund of 70% will be issued; if you cancel less than one month before cruise departure, only 50% will be refunded.
