You can cancel your reservations at any moment. In all
circumstances we will withhold a $200 administrative charge to
compensate ourselves for incurred expenses and issue you a refund
for the remaining amount (minus the bank or credit card processing
charges). If you cancel a cruise reservation less than two months
before the first day of the cruise, we will issue a partial refund
of 70%. If you cancel less than one month before the first day of
the cruise, we will issue a refund of 50%. Travel All Russia is not
responsible and may not be held liable for losses arising from
modifications in your airfare reservations. Cancellation policies
for airfares are established by airlines and airfare consolidators.
To cancel reservations of an airfare you will need to directly
contact the airline and negotiate a refund.
