I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. The staff could not have been better. Waiters, waitresses, front desk, escorts, cleaning people, etc. were all unbelievably friendly and professional. The professor who gave us lectures on Russia was excellent, and extremely appreciated by all. All the arrangements you made for me were perfect.
