I want to thank you for making our trip fantastic, and for being able to change the agenda a bit given my daughter's hospitalization in Odessa. She recovered quickly and we really had a wonderful time in Moscow and St. Petersburg. I particularly want to let you know that all the guides we had were superb, and all 3 hotels were just perfect, in particular the Mozart, where the staff was excellent and really incredibly helpful, particularly given our situation. In fact, Sergey, one of the doorman, personally drove us to several clinics and then the hospital, and I am not sure what we would have done without him!
