Itinerary
| Day 1 | Arrival to Vladivostok After your arrival in Vladivostok, you will transfer to the Hotel Versailles in the heart of the city’s downtown. For those not too tired, take a walk around the city before enjoying a light dinner in the hotel's dining room. |
| Day 2 | Tiger Watching Tour After breakfast you will be picked up by our professional guide at the hotel. You will drive to Gaivoron Village in Spassk country, located 250 km north of Vladivostok to visit a family of Amur tigers. The tigers live in a private woodland area that is part of the Russian Academy of Sciences’ Biological Research Reserve. The manager of the project, Doctor Yudin, will lead you on a tour of the facilities. You have unique opportunity to come and see this great feline in the wild. Only thirty animals remained in the world by the 1940's as a result of excessive hunting. Today, the Amur Tiger is slowly recovering thanks to a sensible policy of supporting projects. In the evening you will return to the hotel. Also we can offer to visit Bear nursery on the way from VVO to Spassk. The bear nursery is located not far from Ussuriisk and you can watch bear alive. | Day 3 | Vladivostok City Tour Today you have a Vladivostok city tour. This once ‘closed’ Russian port on the western shores of the Sea of Japan now offers visitors the exciting opportunity to explore its principal military attractions, including a tour of a restored submarine. City tour of Vladivostok covering all the main attractions of the city: Vladivostok Railway Station – terminus of the Trans-Siberian railroad, S-56 submarine on the harbor embankment, where the city was first-founded more 150 years ago. You will also visit the highly regarded Arseniev Museum to view exhibits of the region’s rich treasure of flora and fauna as well as the culture and history of the Vladivostok area. In addition to the stops the tour will pass many historic, cultural and architectural landmarks that make up the flavor of Vladivostok |
