Each year we prepare a rating of Russia's best hotels. Originally, this rating was designed to help our travel specialists to choose the best hotels for our customers who book package tours and river cruises, but starting from 2012 we decided to make this rating accessible on our website. We named this rating Firebird Hotel Awards. The rating represents overall value that hotel offers and takes into account quality of rooms and service, location and price.
All hotels enter our Firebird rating with 2 stars. If hotel price reflects its value (defined as quality of rooms, service and location) the hotel receives three Firebirds. Hotels that are inspected by our specialists and that are found to offer outstanding value receive four Firebirds. Extraordinary hotels that are worth a separate trip receive five Firebirds.
List of hotels that received 4 or 5 Firebirds in 2012.
