Russian Consulate

Russian visas can be issued by the Russian Consulate only. We facilitate the process by preparing your paperwork, paying the consular fees and taking hassles out of your way.

For Package Tour* and River Cruise Customers

Obtaining Russian visa is not difficult, especially with our assistance. We are not a visa agency, but we do process visas for our customers –to make it easier for them to plan their trips. And, we cover all the costs. Visa process takes anywhere from two to four weeks, so it is smart to start it at least one month before your departure. Your tour manager will let you know when this moment comes.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Fill out visa application (for each traveler)

  2. Make two passport-size photos (for each traveler)
  3. Mail signed visa applications (from Step 1) along with passports and two passport-size photos for each traveler to office. Please use FedEx or UPS service (no Saturday deliveries please). Our office address:

    Please keep in mind that it takes anywhere from three to four weeks to process your visas. If you are departing a long time prior to the trip, it is important that you let us know, as we will need to ensure that you receive all documents before you leave and that there is enough time to arrange your visas. If you are leaving to Russia in less than one month, we highly recommend using expedited visa processing service.

* Package Tours are defined as tours that include hotels, airport transfers, private guides, city tours and entrance tickets.

* Visas for our UK customers will be processed by one of our trusted partners in the UK.

* For non-US and non-UK customers, we issue visa invitations and assist you with visa application, but you will need to submit your documents to the Russian Consulate yourself.


Standard Tourist RUSSIAN VISA - $280

If you are not purchasing one of our Package Tours or River Cruises, we can offer you our visa services for $280 per visa. Standard processing time takes from three to four business weeks (or about one calendar month) from the moment that we receive your documents, but an expedited service is available at additional cost.
