You have been wonderful. I will definitely recommend your company
on Tripadvisor.
Some notes you may want to let your future River Cruise
tours know. There are limited locations for internet cafes and
ATM's at the cruise's stops (Moscow, St.Petersburg, and Yaroslavl),
so they can plan accordingly. The cruise lets the passengers charge
the room for on-board expenses up until the day they land in St.
Petersburg where they make the passenger close the tab. The cruise
ship needs to know the departure transfer time of the passenger
because they ensure the passenger is up and ready for the driver.
One other note, the cruise recommended 10 euro per day/ per person
for gratuity for whole crew (I thought this was pretty high amount
in general for tipping and defeating the point tipping individuals
for exceptional service. Fortunately, they didn't enforce it, they
left a box at the reception desk for it at the end of the cruise. I
personally didn't follow their recommendation or method for
tipping, but I thought you should know so you could advise future
guests that they do this.) thank you again.
I think I as a younger traveler would have preferred the trip to
just Moscow and St. Petersburg versus the cruise. The cruise was
geared towards the older crowd and the focus was seeing every
city's church, which was too much church seeing for me. The prices
of the packages were better then any competitor and they equivalent
n value since they were also on the same cruise ship.
