Day 1: St Petersburg

Your driver will pick you up from your plane, train, or ship, however you arrived in the city. Then off on your whirlwind tour of Russia’s most beautiful capital!
St. Petersburg has hundreds of interesting palaces, museums, and galleries. Of these many, many sites, there are four must-sees: the Peter and Paul Fortress, St Isaak's Cathedral, the Hermitage, and Peterhof. Today you will visit all of these including the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. The tour will last about eight hours.
The Peter and Paul Fortress has served many roles except the one it was designed for - to defend the city from the sea. It became a political prison for dissidents of the tsarist regime, a museum, and a tomb for Russian emperors.
St Isaac's Cathedral is one of the most impressive in Europe. Its golden cupolas, sprawling observation deck, rich inside decorations, and priceless artifacts make this cathedral one of the most popular tourist sites in St. Petersburg.
The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood was built to commemorate one of Russia's greatest emperors, Alexander II. The church was built on the spot where the emperor was assassinated by a radical dissident who threw a bomb into his carriage. Alexander II is most famous for liberating the Russian serfs two years before the abolition of slavery in the US. On this tour you will observe the church from the outside.
The Hermitage - St. Petersburg has dozens of beautiful palaces, but the Winter Palace stands above them all. It holds one of the best collections of art in the world, known as the Hermitage, and has seen the rise to power of many Russian emperors. It was also here that the Bolsheviks overthrew their reign. The Bolsheviks were tempted to destroy the palace, but its artistic value was so immense that they transformed it into the museum it is today.
They say that if you were to spend three minutes by each exhibit in the Hermitage, it would take three years to see them all. With the help of an experienced guide, you will see the best of the Hermitage in four hours.
Day 3: Pushkin (Tsarskoe Selo)

Catherine's Palace was a gift from Peter the Great to his wife, Catherine. It is most known for its legendary Amber Room that was looted by German troops during the World War II. The room was reconstructed in 2003.
