RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservation policies: To book one of our tours you will need to make a deposit of $300 per traveler. Remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to first day of your tour. To book one of our cruises, you will need to make a deposit that equals to 15% of total cruise fare. Again, remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to first day of your cruise.

Canceling tour reservations: Tour reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to start date will incur a cancellation fee that equals to your initial deposit. Reservations canceled from 30 to 60 days before their start date will incur a penalty of 25% of total trip's cost. Tours canceled less than 30 days before their start will incur a penalty of 50% of trip's cost.

Canceling cruise reservations: Cancellation penalty of cruise reservation made more than 61 days before departure will be equal to deposit of 15%. A sliding scale will be used to determine amount of penalty for cancellations made later than 61 days.

61 or more days - 15% of full fare
60 to 49 days - 50% of full fare
49 to 31 days - 75% of full fare
30 to 0 days - 100% of full fare

Hotel reservations

Hotel reservations made as part of a package tour are subject to cancellation policies of tours. Single hotel reservations that are not part of a package tour require a full payment at time of booking. All hotel cancellations are subject to one-night penalty. A no-show is considered a cancellation and is also subject to one night-stay penalty.

Air and train tickets

Full payment is required at time of booking is required for airfares and train ticket reservations. Canceled airfare reservations are subject to cancellation fees established by airlines. Canceled train reservations are subject to penalty fee of 30% of the total amount if canceled more than 3 days before departure date on the ticket. Train ticket reservations cannot be canceled less than 3 days before departure date.

Visas

Visa service can be canceled, but any fees paid to the Russian Consulate are non-refundable. Passengers are responsible for making sure that correct travel documents are obtained. In particular to check to ensure that “Date of Entry” and “Date of Exit in the visa” correspond to their travel plans. Notwithstanding any visa processing services that it offers, TRAVELALLRUSSIA accepts no responsibility for obtaining visas. Complimentary visa processing service is available only for customers who book a package tour or cruise and only if documents are submitted to TRAVELALLRUSSIA 40 days or more prior to departure date.

Airport transfers

Maximum wait time of the meeting driver at the airport is 2 hours. Maximum wait time at the hotel is 30 minutes. Upon expiration of this time the driver will leave without further notice. Extension of time can be requested. Additional waiting time will be billed at standard hourly rates. To request extension of transfer, please contact one of our emergency numbers that will be provided for your trip.

If you cannot find your driver or unsatisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact one of the emergency numbers. It is responsibility of a customer to confirm his or her flight schedule prior to departure and to notify TRAVELALLRUSSIA of any required changes in transfer arrangements.

Guided services, theater performance tickets or museum entrance fees

Cancellations of guided services, theater performance tickets or museum entrance fees can be made no later than two days before their scheduled date. Cancellation penalties will be assessed by your tour manager in each particular case. In most cases we will not be able to recover any of museum entrance fees or theater performance tickets, but will be able to recover up to 50% of the cost of guided services.

Insurance

Trip insurance is not required for your trip, but it is highly recommended. In the event that cancel your participation in a travel program or have a medical emergency, trip insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.

CLAIMS AND REFUNDS

For canceled trips refunds will only be made only after we have confirmed any fines or penalties to be applied to your reservation. The costs of visas covered by TRAVELALLRUSSIA, if any, will be deducted from the total amount of refund. For canceled packages tours/cruises that include airfares obtained through TRAVELALLRUSSIA, the air portion of the refund will be processed only after the return of airline ticket.

There are no refunds for missed services, except for verifiable extenuating circumstances. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. 

LIMITS ON RESPONSIBILITY

TRAVELALLRUSSIA IS A TRAVEL AGENCY THAT MAKES TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ITS CLIENTS. WE DO NOT OWN OR OPERATE ANY OF HOTELS, PLANES, TRAINS, SHIPS OR CARS. TRAVELALLRUSSIA CONDUCTS BUSINESS UNDER SEVERAL NAMES, INCLUDING TRAVELALLRUSSIA, ALL RUSSIA CRUISES, GOLDENRING CRUISES, RUSSIANTRAINS.COM, RUSSIANHOTELS.COM. ALL OF THESE SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET HEREIN.

TRAVELALLRUSSIA is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

TRAVELALLRUSSIA is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation costs due to incorrect, incomplete or expired traveler documents.

In the event of cancellation, delay or rescheduling mandated by any of the aforesaid causes beyond TRAVELALLRUSSIA's control, the passenger shall have the option of accepting in lieu of the original tour such rescheduled tour or other substituted tour(s) as may be offered, or else, receiving a refund of as much of such advance tour expenditures as TRAVELALLRUSSIA can recover on the traveler's behalf from carriers, third-party tour vendors, etc., but, TRAVELALLRUSSIA shall not have any obligation or liability to the traveler beyond the foregoing. TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserves the right to make alterations to the tours itinerary and to substitute hotels, vehicles, ships, or activities if this is required. TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any tour prior to departure, and, so long as this is not due to any of the aforesaid causes beyond our control, the passenger shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to that point if he/she so desires, less any non-refundable deposits or uncollectible expenses incurred. Customers specifically release TRAVELALLRUSSIA from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property or from personal injuries or death, or from loss or delay, arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air carriers, hotels, shore excursion operators, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel or other providers of services or facilities. All arrangements made for tour participants with independent contractors, including medical services, are made solely for convenience to participants and are done at the participant's own risk. TRAVELALLRUSSIA specifically disclaims all liability for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind, except to the extent prohibited by 46 U.S.C. §183c(b).

ADVENTURE TRAVEL RISKS

Some of the tours offered by TRAVELALLRUSSIA are of adventure travel type. There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel. These include, but are not limited to, hiking, climbing injuries and altitude sickness, and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Passenger assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.

TRAVEL ADVISORIES/WARNINGS

It is the responsibility of The Traveler to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U. S. State Department's travel website at www.travel.state.gov or by phone at 1-888-407- 4747. In the event of an active State Department Travel Warning against travel to the specific destination location(s) of the trip, should The Traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, The Traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to the Responsibility Clause, to the Itinerary, or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in State of Virginia, US, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association then existent.

TRAVELER'S REPRESENTATIONS

The Traveler represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserves the right to decline to accept anyone on a trip. TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserves the right to remove from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to himself or others, or otherwise impact the enjoyment of other passengers on the trip.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS FOR CRUISES

Tickets, vouchers, and any other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (some of which may limit supplier's liability). Under no circumstances shall TRAVELALLRUSSIA be construed as a carrier under a contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her belongings. TRAVELALLRUSSIA and the owners and operators of the vessels for which TRAVELALLRUSSIA offers cruises shall be entitled to any and all liability limitations, immunities and rights applicable to them or any of them under the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability of Owners of Inland Navigation Vessels (CLNI), with protocols and amendments, together with the further provisions of the International Convention of Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, 1976, with revisions and amendments (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Convention"), if and as applicable, and by those other and further limitations of liability set forth in the statutory and general maritime law of the United States, (including Title 46 U.S. Code Section 181-186, 188), as well as any other applicable nation's laws limiting liability. TRAVELALLRUSSIA and the owners and operators of its partner vessels shall be entitled to claim the benefit of whichever law, regulation, treaty or doctrine provides the greatest legal protections to TRAVELALLRUSSIA and the owners and operators of these vessels.

ACTS OF GOD, STRIKE, OR OTHER

Neither TRAVELALLRUSSIA nor its partners shall be liable for delay or inability to perform any condition in Itinerary caused by or arising out of strikes, lockout or labor difficulties or shortages whether or not the Carrier is party thereto, or explosion, fire, collision, standing or foundering of the vessel or breakdown or failure of or damage to the vessel or its hull or machinery or fittings howsoever and wheresoever any or the same may arise or be caused, or civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

TRAVELALLRUSSIA has no responsibility for any changes in travel plans caused by airline delays and will not accept any responsibility for mistakes or errors in airfare bookings made by independent third parties. It is up to the traveler to ensure the correct arrival and departure flight information from the tour start and end cities as well as a correct spelling of his/her name.

Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. These programs may use the services of any IATA carrier. International air carriers are subject to international air conventions limiting their liability. The limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of the airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions of this package. The passage contract in use by these companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these travel programs and/or passage.

ITINERARIES, CHANGES, PRICE INCREASES

TRAVELALLRUSSIA agrees to provide all of the services listed in your travel itinerary, except for the optional services that may be listed in the itinerary. TRAVELALLRUSSIA is not responsible for excess baggage charges, drinks, beverages, meals and any other additional costs to the customer that are not listed in the itinerary.

TRAVELALLRUSSIA shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any tour participant who must leave the tour prematurely for any reason, nor shall TRAVELALLRUSSIA or its affiliated or partners be responsible for the lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by such tour participant.

TRAVELALLRUSSIA also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control.

Prices are based on current rates of exchange and TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserves the right to increase prices of its tours and cruises to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. If the currency rate between US dollar and Euro moves by 7.5% or more from the day of quotation to the day of receipt of a booking request then TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserved the right to re-quote the service, if it deems it necessary or desirable.

In case of Trans-Siberian tours booked more than 45 days prior to the departure date, TRAVELALLRUSSIA reserves the right to adjust the price if the train transportation provider increases the price of the ticket(s) included in the itinerary by more than 5% in comparison to the original price. The original ticket price is defined as the price of the train ticket at the moment when the original quote for the tour was offered to the customer.

TRAVELALLRUSSIA is not responsible for omissions in the itinerary, printing and/or presentation errors and reserves the right to make corrections as required. 

STATEMENT OF HEALTH

If you have any medical conditions, are over 70 years of age, or if your physical health may impact your tour or cruise program, you must provide us with all the necessary information about your physical state. This information is pertinent to planning or carrying out your tour or cruise program in its entirety or partially. Our basic tour or cruise packages are intended for persons in good health and with a wide range of mobility. All arrangements and services which are necessitated by certain medical conditions are subject to additional charges for special arrangements.

If you would like us to accommodate any special medical conditions you must notify us about your condition before making your reservation as it will impact the final price of your tour or cruise. Failure to notify us about your medical condition may impact, postpone or cancel your entire program or any portion of it and may result in additional charges with respect to changes in your travel arrangements. In no event will "Travel All Russia" cover any expenses arising from the following: 1) your failure to notify us about the existence of any medical conditions that may impact your trip, 2) the existence of such conditions per se.

You are responsible for carrying your own regular medication for the trip in sufficient quantities to last the duration of the trip and for arranging insurance that will reimburse you for medical or evacuation costs. You certify that you are able to care for yourself during your trip or have someone accompanying you, who will provide you with such care when needed. You certify that you have not been recently treated for, nor you are aware of, any medical condition, infirmity or disability that would create an unreasonable risk to yourself or pose a hazard to other people accompanying you or organizing your trip.

PAYMENT OF THE PROGRAM PRICE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN.
