Terms and Conditions

For tour reservations a deposit of $400 per person is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation. For cruise reservations full payment required at the booking stage.

For airfares a full payment is required within three days after ticket reservation. For train reservations a full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Train reservations for domestic Russian trains are accepted only 45 days or less before the train departure date. This limitation does not apply to international train reservations.

Passengers are responsible for making sure that correct travel documents are obtained. All customers must have passports valid for at least six months from the departure date and with two consecutive empty pages available for Russian visa.

TravelAllRussia LLC accepts no responsibility for obtaining required visas or for advising guests of visa or other immigration requirements.

TravelAllRussia LLC offers its customers a complimentary visa processing service. In order to use this service, customers must submit their passports to TravelAllRussia LLC no later than 40 days prior to their departure date. Documents submitted later than 40 days before the departure date require expedited visa processing service. Additional fees for expedited visa processing service may apply.

TravelAllRussia LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

TravelAllRussia LLC is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation costs due to incorrect, incomplete or expired traveler documents.

In the event of cancellation, delay or rescheduling mandated by any of the aforesaid causes beyond TravelAllRussia LLC's control, the passenger shall have the option of accepting in lieu of the original tour such rescheduled tour or other substituted tour(s) as may be offered, or else, receiving a refund of as much of such advance tour expenditures as TravelAllRussia LLC can recover on the traveler's behalf from carriers, third-party tour vendors, etc., but, TravelAllRussia LLC shall not have any obligation or liability to the traveler beyond the foregoing. TravelAllRussia LLC reserves the right to make alterations to the tours itinerary and to substitute hotels, vehicles, ships, or activities if this is required. TravelAllRussia LLC reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any tour prior to departure, and, so long as this is not due to any of the aforesaid causes beyond our control, the passenger shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to that point if he/she so desires, less any non-refundable deposits or uncollectible expenses incurred. Customers specifically release TravelAllRussia LLC from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property or from personal injuries or death, or from loss or delay, arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air carriers, hotels, shore excursion operators, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel or other providers of services or facilities. All arrangements made for tour participants with independent contractors, including medical services, are made solely for convenience to participants and are done at the participant's own risk. TravelAllRussia LLC specifically disclaims all liability for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind, except to the extent prohibited by 46 U.S.C. §183c(b).

Some of the tours offered by TravelAllRussia LLC are of adventure travel type. There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel. These include, but are not limited to, hiking, climbing injuries and altitude sickness, and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Passenger assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.

It is the responsibility of The Traveler to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U. S. State Department's travel website at www.travel.state.gov or by phone at 1-888-407- 4747. In the event of an active State Department Travel Warning against travel to the specific destination location(s) of the trip, should The Traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, The Traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to the Responsibility Clause, to the Itinerary, or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in State of New York, US, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association then existent.

The Traveler represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. TravelAllRussia LLC reserves the right to decline to accept anyone on a trip. TravelAllRussia LLC reserves the right to remove from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to himself or others, or otherwise impact the enjoyment of other passengers on the trip.

Tickets, vouchers, and any other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (some of which may limit supplier's liability). Under no circumstances shall TravelAllRussia LLC be construed as a carrier under a contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her belongings. TravelAllRussia LLC and the owners and operators of the vessels for which TravelAllRussia LLC offers cruises shall be entitled to any and all liability limitations, immunities and rights applicable to them or any of them under the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability of Owners of Inland Navigation Vessels (CLNI), with protocols and amendments, together with the further provisions of the International Convention of Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, 1976, with revisions and amendments (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Convention"), if and as applicable, and by those other and further limitations of liability set forth in the statutory and general maritime law of the United States, (including Title 46 U.S. Code Section 181-186, 188), as well as any other applicable nation's laws limiting liability. TravelAllRussia LLC and the owners and operators of its partner vessels shall be entitled to claim the benefit of whichever law, regulation, treaty or doctrine provides the greatest legal protections to TravelAllRussia LLC and the owners and operators of these vessels.

Neither TravelAllRussia LLC nor its partners shall be liable for delay or inability to perform any condition in Itinerary caused by or arising out of strikes, lockout or labor difficulties or shortages whether or not the Carrier is party thereto, or explosion, fire, collision, standing or foundering of the vessel or breakdown or failure of or damage to the vessel or its hull or machinery or fittings howsoever and wheresoever any or the same may arise or be caused, or civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control.

TravelAllRussia LLC has no responsibility for any changes in travel plans caused by airline delays and will not accept any responsibility for mistakes or errors in airfare bookings made by independent third parties. It is up to the traveler to ensure the correct arrival and departure flight information from the tour start and end cities as well as a correct spelling of his/her name.

Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. These programs may use the services of any IATA carrier. International air carriers are subject to international air conventions limiting their liability. The limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of the airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions of this package. The passage contract in use by these companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these travel programs and/or passage.

TravelAllRussia LLC agrees to provide all of the services listed in your travel itinerary, except for the optional services that may be listed in the itinerary. TravelAllRussia LLC is not responsible for excess baggage charges, drinks, beverages, meals and any other additional costs to the customer that are not listed in the itinerary.

TravelAllRussia LLC shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any tour participant who must leave the tour prematurely for any reason, nor shall TravelAllRussia LLC or its affiliated or partners be responsible for the lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by such tour participant.

TravelAllRussia LLC also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control.

Prices are based on current rates of exchange and TravelAllRussia LLC reserves the right to increase prices of its tours and cruises to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. If the currency rate between US dollar and Euro moves by 7.5% or more from the day of quotation to the day of receipt of a booking request then TravelAllRussia LLC reserved the right to re-quote the service, if it deems it necessary or desirable.

In case of Trans Siberian tours booked more than 45 days prior to the departure date, TravelAllRussia LLC reserves the right to adjust the price if the train transportation provider increases the price of the ticket(s) included in the itinerary by more than 5% in comparison to the original price. The original ticket price is defined as the price of the train ticket at the moment when the original quote for the tour was offered to the customer.

TravelAllRussia LLC is not responsible for omissions in the itinerary, printing and/or presentation errors and reserves the right to make corrections as required.

Cancellations of all tours and cruises per traveler will apply according to the a sliding penalty fee as explained in the table below:

For example, cancellations of tours made 60 days or more prior to the departure date will receive a full refund less the administrative fee. Tour cancellations made from 30 to 59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price and so forth.

For air reservations made through TravelAllRussia LLC, we will help you to recover your funds or to exchange your ticket, but the exact cancellation terms are specific to the ticket that you purchase. Please inquiry about ticket cancellation policies when making the air reservation.

Hotel reservations can be canceled without any penalties as long as cancellation request is submitted to info@travelallrussia.com three (3) days or more before the check in date. Failure to show up on the date of check in will be considered as a late cancellation. In this case a penalty that equals to one night's stay will apply.

A train reservation can be canceled at any moment, but no later than three (3) days before the departure date on that ticket. Cancellation fee equals to 30% of the total ticket price. Ticket reservations can be modified no later than three (3) days before the departure date on the original ticket and provided that a new ticket is available. The fee for modifications of ticket reservations equals to $40 per ticket. Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to info@russiantrains.com.

Visa processing service can only be canceled before TravelAllRussia LLC submits your documents to the Russian Consulate.

For canceled trips refunds will only be made only after we have confirmed any fines or penalties to be applied to your reservation. The costs of visas covered by TravelAllRussia LLC, if any, will be deducted from the total amount of refund. For canceled packages tours/cruises that include airfares obtained through TravelAllRussia LLC, the air portion of the refund will be processed only after the return of airline ticket.

There are no refunds for missed services, except for verifiable extenuating circumstances. Please see our Limits on Responsibility. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis.

We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement. Baggage insurance is also recommended. PAYMENT OF THE PROGRAM PRICE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN.
