Save more by paying in installments
Some of our customers prefer to pay up front while others prefer to pay later. We recommend looking into our new payment option that allows you to pay in installments and receive additional discounts. When paying in installments, you receive a discount of $20 per installment in addition to a one-time check (or bank wire) discount of $100. The sooner you pay, the more you save. You can even pay the total amount in a single installment and qualify for a maximum discount.
How it works
To qualify, you must pay by check or bank wire and make your reservation at least three months prior to your departure date.
Your remaining balance will be divided into monthly installments. Your exact number of installments depends on how far in advance you are booking, but generally a first installment will be due shortly after your reservation and a last installment will be due two months prior to your departure. We will keep you posted when it is time to make your payments.
You save more by paying in advance or by paying gradually. This option is best for those who like to save and prefer to pay in smaller portions. Below you will find a specific example of how this option works and if you have any questions, please consult your travel specialist.
Example: you are booking a tour for four persons to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Your departure date is 6 months away. The total price of the tour is $7,000. You decide to deposit $1,000 at reservation and to pay the remaining balance in 4 monthly installments. You will receive an additional discount of $100 for paying by check and $20 for each installment. Your total remaining balance will be $6,000 minus $100, or $5,900. Your monthly payments will be $1,475 minus $20, or $1,455. You have saved yourself $180 by paying sooner rather than later, which is enough for dinner in a nice restaurant in Russia or "matreshka dolls" souvenirs for your entire family.
