We (13 of us) have just completed the great train journey (Deluxe Trans-Siberian Tour) from Vladivostok to Moscow and then on to St Petersburg.
This was the 'regular' train and we were in the two berth compartments. We broke up the journey with stops and activities along the way and we highly recommend you do this. The train journey would be rather tedious if you did it for 6 days straight!
All arrangements were made with Travel-All-Russia, this included the train sectors, the hotels and local touring and shows where appropriate. They provided an excellent service. We were met at every train by the local guide and driver and shown the sites in various cities. All local guides had a very good command of English and were extremely efficient, knowledgeable helpful and pleasant. All transport was of a good standard. All hotels we stayed in were in prime positions to city centers and where meals were included they were very generous.
So what else can I say. Travel All Russia provided a very extensive itinerary/coverage of the places we visited and we all went home extremely happy with the service provided. We highly recommend their services.
I am impressed with all the effort the logistics specialists went to and anyone else involved in the planning and execution of our tour. It all went extremely well and all our group were really happy with everything. I have only just sent out our ‘ feedback’ form to our travelers and the ones we have already received are very positive. We will be booking another tour with you – if you will have us?
So a BIG THANKS from us to all staff involved in making the journey across Russia a very memorable one.
