An exceptional holiday!

Just wanted to say thanks for an exceptional holiday! Many things are beyond our control, however, every flight connection, car, driver, guide, hotel, was exactly as stated and on time! I have traveled a lot for both business and pleasure and I have never had a smoother trip!

Your guides in both St. Petersburg and Moscow were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The drivers made each commute seem safe and unhurried! In Moscow traffic that is a talent!

The hotels were very comfortable and I felt right at home! When you stated "full disclosure" on your prices you meant it! I checked several other travel firms and while planning their prices kept increasing with fees, taxes and other costs that "unexpectedly" would come up. Not here, the prices you stated were the prices that I paid, I truly appreciated that!!

I have no doubt that I will be doing business with you in the future!
