Our Russian tour was very, very good. Why not excellent?
This is just my personal feeling though had talked w/ some whom I found out felt the same way about our tour to the Hermitage. It was 4 hours long (walk) w/ few breaks. Not the fault of our tour guide, maybe that is how the company had it scheduled.
I want to make a suggestion, shared by everybody in the group: before going out of the main Hermitage building to go to the Winter Palace (I can't even remember, excitement still within me, smile), we were told that if anybody wants to use the bathroom, they may do so (our short break) before we move to the other building crossing the Revolution Sq (gosh, can't get things together in my brain, sorry, smile). At the other building, it has bathrooms all over the place and not crowded. At the Hermitage, that was a long 5-10 minutes line wait. So maybe, your tours should take its clients to the Winter Palace and let them use the bathrooms there; best part, not as crowded as Hermitage.
Overall, it was an excellent tour; right number of days and clients in each destination, well organized, our guide in Moscow had done a great job, so did the one in St. Pete. They made sure they introduced and explained the highlights of those places.
The weather was good. The members of the group are all interesting and caring which made the trip very pleasant and enjoyable. One out of my bucket list: Red Square and white nights.
Will I recommend your company? Definitely I will. I will want to go back again soon.
Thank you very much for your patience. Extend our gratitude to the guides, they are the best.
