This is to let you know that we have just had a wonderful Treasures of Two Capitals Luxury Tour (June 29 – July 6, 2012). My wife and I and other members of our group (16 in all) were thoroughly enjoying the time we spent in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Our Moscow tour guide, was very knowledgeable and dedicated. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable everywhere we visited. She even gave us a Russian language 101 lesson! She accompanied us until the end of the Kostroma Folk Show (at her own expense, I might add), as well as to the Moscow Train Station to ensure all of us safely boarded the high speed train bound for St. Petersburg the next afternoon. A real dedicated professional indeed.
Our St. Petersburg tour guide was equally impressive. From the time she met our group at the SPB Train Station to the time she completed her duty, she gave us a comprehensive picture of Russian history in the last few hundred years, as well as life of ordinary citizens in recent times. We now know more about past Russian royals and palace intrigues as never before. She demonstrated quite a deep knowledge about every subject related to each visit specified in the tour program. She was also extremely helpful and dedicated by spending extra time to secure good ballet and concert tickets for some members of our group. Her effort was much appreciated.
In summary, we were very happy with the services Travel All Russia provided to our group from the planning stage at the beginning to the precise and useful information prior to our departures for Moscow, to the time we departed from St. Petersburg. Everything was well planned and done professionally. Thank you for giving our group a very favourable travel experience in Russia.
