Everything went perfectly - just like clockwork
We had to take the time to let you know how absolutely perfect this latest trip to Petersburg was for my sister, Ms. Balay, and me. Everything went perfectly - just like clockwork. Your office staff did a superb job of putting together all of the trip details for us. Believe me, I am very demanding and highly critical!
The Kempinski gave us a room upgrade (because of having stayed at the hotel in prior years). We wouldn't stay at any other hotel in that city.
There is nothing much at all that you could do to improve your service
We enjoyed our trip to Russia and certainly all aspects of culture, history, culinary and beauty of your country.
I don't think I could report the most interesting part of the trip as all aspects were amazing from the grandeur of the most beautiful palaces, gallerias, museums, historical places and the people of the 2 big cities to the culture, architecture and natural beauty of the villages along the river.
We were extremely satisfied with the overall service and were certainly provided with great support before and during the trip.

I have to tell you that we're totally pleased with our trip to Russia and how you guys arranged things. Everything was great from the Hotels to the tours and the guides. We would like to visit Volgograd in the future and we're definitely using Travel All Russia again.

My wife and I returned Sept. 28 from our St. Petersburg to Moscow river cruise. We had a great time and enjoyed the history and culture of the Russian people. The trip was well organized, with a nice mix of big city and rural river cruising through the Neva to Volga river watershed.
The food was excellent and quite Russian as we had hoped in would be! St. Petersberg is a beautiful city with an amazing number of bridges and palaces. Both Moscow and St. Petersburg are world class cities and very, very clean.
The cruise was extremely pleasant
I had a lovely time. The cruise was extremely pleasant, the weather mostly enjoyable, and St. Petersburg especially pretty. I really would like to return and see more of Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Also, I've recommended both Travel All Russia and Hertzen House to a colleague who is an art historian, and is interested in visiting the Hermitage on a research fellowship. I told him that the staff of Travel All Russia was extremely helpful in arranging accommodations and transfers in St. Petersburg, as well in obtaining travel visas and references.
It was a dream come true
The trip to Russia was great. Travel All Russia did everything they promised and we were pleased. Our guides were excellent both in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The guide in Moscow went out of her way to help us. She made the city come alive for us. Our St. Petersburg guide is very knowledgeable about Russia. I learned a lot from him. I think he could have told me what Peter the Great had for breakfast any given morning!

All in all it was an excellent trip
We really enjoyed our trip. By far our best guide and driver were in St. Petersburg. She was simply fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything better. They even took to the train station and loaded our luggage on the train for us.
Everything was tops
I want to let you know what a successful trip it has been. The two hotels you organised for me have been excellent, the transfers have all been on time and the boat trip exceeded my expectations- the food was great, the tours and guides organised were thorough and varied. In fact everything was tops. I therefore want to thank you very much for all your assistance and patience in organising such a wonderful trip for me. You did a fantastic job. I will recommend you to anyone who is thinking of visiting Russia.
