Just to let you know that all arrangements for the trip you organised for us to the Golden Ring worked perfectly and was a great success. The timings were just about right for us, the vehicle and driver were of excellent quality, and the guide spoke excellent English (just as well since our joint Russian was close to zero !!).

Marcy Braunstein and I loved our tour of Moscow, the River Cruise, and St. Petersburg. The sites we toured were all wonderful, and the hotels, the cruise ship, and our cabin were all excellent. We are also very pleased with your responsiveness in all our interactions, and we would recommend you and your agency to our friends. They arrived last Saturday and they are so happy because they visited a lot of cities, share customs , food, and specially, they made new friends.

I just wanted to drop a line and tell you that Angela and I had a great time in Russia. The hotels were lovely – especially in St. Petersburg - and the guides extraordinary. The ballet was very nice and a great option as the theatre was right around the corner from the hotel.

Our trip was wonderful. Ours was an art tour, and I can honestly say Travel All Russia helped us plan a tour that covered all the art collections in the two cities. Once we arrived, everything went perfectly. Our guides were fabulous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and interesting. We had nice talks with them. Our hotels were very nice. Our train trip was a pleasure. Thank you for a perfect trip.

My trip to Russia was a wonderful experience. It was always a goal of mine to see Saint Basil's cathedral and also the Hermitage. I feel fortunate that I have now done so.

Linda and I just returned from our tour. We loved it. We enjoyed Kiev and there had good uzbek food. Edith, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. In Kiev there were just four of us. In Moscow we saw the essentials and joined 10 more tourists. We also had some good food and vodka. It was very hot. Our guide was funny and informative and with a great sense of humor. In St. Petersburg we had great fun and again, our guide was very good. At the farewell dinner people were given the chance to comment on the Tour. There were some negative comments with which we did not agree.

Thank you for the wonderful job you did organizing the Lev Tolstoy cruise for us. It was a wonderful experience, one we will treasure as a very special memory.

We had a wonderful trip - truly magical. The guides and drivers were great. It's impossible to select a highpoint because everything was splendid.
The hotel in Moscow had nice hotel services and a pleasant restaurant but was in an area where there was not much to see in a walking tour. Once we'd had our metro tour this made little difference. The hotel in St. Petersburg was clean, if simple, and the staff friendly and the location incredibly convenient.
