St. Petersburg is unbelievably beautiful!
We did arrive on time, the theatre seats were very good, and the opera and theatre were magnificent. To be in the historic Marininsky was a lifetime dream and to know of the famous stars who had graced the stage over past years was amazing. We are so glad we came to SP after Moscow as your city is unbelievably beautiful, and will leave many lasting memories.
The grand palaces, history, museums, the Scarlet Sails, a very good hotel, driver, and most of all a wonderful guide Natasha, who was so helpful and kind to us, made our tour so memorable.
We found Russia one of our favorite places
Our trip was fabulous! We had private guides before and after the normal tour. The guide in Moscow was great and she also provided us with a local contact to get tickets to the Bolshoi theater.
St. Petersburg - the beautiful scenery and grandeur
My wife, Doris, and myself just returned from St. Petersburg last Friday. I wanted to commend you for all your efforts on our behalf. It was a memorable trip.
The shuttles from and to the airport were spot on time, our driver was excellent and our guide was superlative. She knew her city, its history and how to make everything go so very smoothly.
The Herzen House was clean and convenient. So, while I cannot exactly thank you for the unusually perfect weather, the beautiful scenery or the grandeur of St. Petersburg itself, I can thank you for everything else.

It has been almost 2 weeks since we returned from our Russian River Cruise and trip to Helsinki. I want to thank you for all your work organizing our trip. We had a wonderful time and the trip exceeded our expectation. All the organization of setting up our tickets for the ballet, orchestra, train tickets to Helsinki and drivers went well. Again thanks for all the planning for this wonderful trip.

Just a note to let you know the Betty Hennessey-Carol Clarke-Dinah Groff party returned home exhausted, Mon night. Overall, the tour went very well and we had a very rich experience. The guides were knowledgeable and spoke good English. The one in St Petersburg was exceptional in her presentation of her information and guided us through some crowded situations with ease. She made a warm social connection with the participants also.

Our guides were knowledgeable, kind, understanding, helpful and a lot of fun to be with. They kept the group moving and their knowledge of Russia was excellent. The St. Petersburg guide went out of his way to get tickets for us to visit Catherine's Palace.

In short, it was fantastic!
In short, our trip was fantastic! We had just two guides for our 2 days in Moscow and for our 4 days in St. Petersburg.
The Moscow guide was very competent and her English was very good and easy to understand. She was a very good guide and was very accommodating in showing us to things that we wanted see (such as Yeliseyevsky's Market) which weren't on the scheduled agenda. We were very thankful that on the day that we went to St. Petersburg she personally went with us and made certain that we were on the right train, the right car, and the right seats.
Everything went smoothly
I just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time on the cruise. Everything was wonderful. The transfers went smoothly, the cruise staff was wonderful and the tours were very informative. Thanks for all your help getting us there.
