i went with my friend to moscow and st petersburg in May, 2011 with a tour entirely booked with Travel All Russia. Everything was PERFECT. We had wonderful guides and we were so well cared for. i would recommend this tour company with an A Plus!!!!

We just got back, this week, from the river cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg with Travel All Russia. We couldn't have had a nicer trip!

The people at Travel All were most helpful. They got our VISAs for us too. We got them back just before the trip which made us a little nervous, but the Russian Consulate was in charge of our passort/VISA at that point.

The trip was wonderful. Your help was invaluable and much appreciated.
the local guides were excellent and level of care and concern made us feel very comfortable. The hotel in st petersburg and kiev were super. The sovietsky was great but it might have been better to stay closer to down town (maybe).

My trip was an incredible experience. The all of the transporters your company arranged were on time and pleasant. The guide arranged for my trip to the Peterhoff was delightful and knowledgeable. The hotel that was booked for me in Saint Petersburg was comfortable and conveniently located.

The cruise itself was easily one of the greatest vacations I have ever enjoyed. The boat was well run and well staffed. The places we visited were fascinating and beautiful. On reflection, I cannot think of anything about the trip that I was unsatisfied with.

I want to complement Travel All Russia for putting together a great tour with excellent guides. Our plane was late arriving in Moscow, and the Passport Control was over filled with incoming passengers, but your representative was waiting for us in the reception area.

All tours, etc., were very punctual and very informative. All guides were well informed, but I have to single out the young lady who did most of our tour in St. Petersburg. She was so warm, friendly, informed, and just a nice person with whom to tour.

Thank you for your help in arranging our trip to Russia. We returned last Saturday evening after a wonderful two weeks in Russia. The trip exceeded our expectations--convenience and cleanliness of the ship, size and comfort of our cabin. quality and excellence of the food, welcome and guidance of our English-speaking tour guide and outstanding shore excursions.

I was very impressed with my Three Cities Tour with Travel All Russia. From the moment I booked the tour, Travel All Russia helped me find an airfare and even rebooked my flight when it was cancelled a few months later. Any question, I had was answered promptly. The guides on the tour were very knowledgeable and the hotels were located in central locations close to the downtown. Travel All Russia also found a roommate for me so that I would not have to pay the single supplement.

I had a good trip, learnt and saw a lot. The guide is Moscow was very good, well informed and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her services! Alla at the herzon hotel was also extremely helpful and friendly. Helped me with my million and one questions! All staff there were friendly and helpful. Thank you for your assistance in getting the trip organised so last minute!!

It was the best trip I have ever taken in my life! (And I have been to 25 countries in my life) The group was wonderful and we had was an excellent guide.

For reasons I cannot fully articulate, I fell in love with Russia. I had done a good deal of reading about your country over the years, but, until this trip I couldn’t imagine the breadth of this fabulous country.
