The guides in Moscow were great, VERY knowledgeable - professional to the exception.
St. Petersburg guides were wonderful too. They did favors for us – I could not find any SPB Starbucks mugs in the two downtown stores. He drove us to the third, slightly outlying downtown store where we struck out also. The second guide went to the Starbucks by her house (south of SPB) and found the mugs I wanted and will bring them tomorrow.
I look forward to using Travel All Russia again and going back to Russia

A couple of days ago, I got back from my first trip to Russia. My mother went with me and we had a marvelous time!
The guides had great English skills, we also got different perspectives from them, and they took us to anything we wanted to go to when it was open and if we had time for it. We were safe and did not feel any threat what-so-ever.
I look forward to using Travel All Russia again and going back to Russia in the future sometime.
A great example of customer service!
We returned today after an excellent trip to Russia - the Treasures of Two Capitals. I must put on record that it has been one of the best organised trips, thanks to all of you!

Moscow and St. Petersburg are treasures!
The title of the tour was Treasures of Two Capitals and we absolutely agree...Moscow and St. Petersburg are treasures...as were our guides, drivers, and US based travel consultants.
We were such undecided travelers, changing our minds three times before the itinerary was made, one time the week before we left, and twice during the trip. But the people at Travel-all-Russia just came through for us.
Our favorites in Moscow: the music in St Basil's, the Armory in the Kremlin, and the Nikulin Circus.
Volga Dream is the best choice for River Cruises in Russia
Having been on other first class cruises (river and otherwise), Volga Dream sets the standard in terms of service, luxury, accommodations, and excursions for a river cruise. Volga Dream advertises as the only 5 star river cruise in Russia. Based on my experience and speaking to guests on other cruise ships, their claim seems 100% true. My research before, during and after told me, Volga Dream is the best and only choice for River Cruises in Russia. This review is glowing and deservedly so.

One could not ask for any better
Let me start by saying that we had a great trip and that I would recommend Travel All Russia to anyone wishing to travel to Moscow and/or St. Petersburg. But we did have a glitch with our room in St. Petersburg at the Kempinski Hotel.
I'm still telling everyone what a wonderful trip it was
I've been back from my Trans-Siberian train trip for over a week now. I'm still telling everyone what a wonderful trip it was. In fact, I think it ranks near the top of all my trips including Tibet and Xinjiang.
The guides were wonderful - everywhere. Please pass on the word to your bosses that all five were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Several helped me with problems - my lost immigration card in Vladivostok, phone problems in Yekaterinburg, uploading camera photos to a flash drive in Kiev.

The guides were outstanding. The hotels were great -- food, location, service. It was wonderful to see Moscow & St. Petersburg and to be there for the Victory Day celebrations. Travel All Russia did a first-rate job and we would recommend it to our friends.
