Travel All Russia Reviews

We had a wonderful vacation (Treasures of Three Capitals with Golden Ring in September 2016). It was truly everything we thought it would be. Your staff did a fantastic job planning the trip and lining up amazing tour guides. It is my wife's favorite trip to date.

We were very impressed with the tour guides. Our last guide was one of the best guides I have ever had. He is a history PhD candidate who not only knew all of the details of the history but communicated them in a very clear manner. We learned a lot from him.

We have returned to Sydney and for four days, still trying to get over the jet lag. I think as we are getting older, it is getting harder!

In the absence of a formal questionnaire from Travel All Russia I am pleased to offer the following thoughts regarding our St. Petersburg to Ulan Bator primarily by train journey and tours 25 August through 14 September 2016.

Our journey to Russia was a great one. All of the guides were wonderful and everything was so well organized.

There are just a few things I'd suggest. I think you need to warn future travelers about the Chinese train. There were not two lower berths as we were told and since neither of us was able to climb to the top bunk, we had to take turns sleeping! Also, the train was disgustingly dirty.

Other than that, the other accommodations were fine. As far as the food, there was much too much fish and borscht.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip.

Everything went perfectly!

Our guide in Moscow and our guide in St. Petersburg, were both exceptional, as were accommodations and itineraries.

We have just arrived home today. We enjoyed our trip to Russia very much!

A few specific comments:
--our guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable with everyone in the group
--their work is not easy and this was evident a few times during the trip when they encountered poor behavior from other tour guides, and handled the situation well.
--we did not have problems with the schedule however others in the group were perhaps not as well prepared,

The trip to Russia was great. The boat, food and service were excellent.

There were a couple glitches due to the weather but these type of things are beyond human control.

All in all we were very pleased with the service provided.

We've been back a week now and we really enjoyed our trip to Russia.

There were no glitches and everything went off as scheduled.

The local guides made the odd change but there was no issue.

Did not what to expect from Moscow but we were really impressed by the culture, the history, the museums and the architecture.

Our guides were excellent and their English was perfect. We loved Moscow. It was exciting to visit Red Square and the Kremlin. The Cosmonaut museum was okay but we would have much rather gone to the Armouries.

We recently returned from the Volga Dream trip (Moscow to St. Petersburg 6/8/2016-20/8/2016) and would like to thank you for a truly wonderful experience!

I HAVE WAITED FOR YEARS FOR THIS TRIP (MS Volga Dream Classic St. Petersburg - Moscow)
and I am thankful for your help, it really surpassed my expectations.
everything went smoothly, with the exception of the fog, but what mainly impressed me was how friendly everybody was, the service, the smiles, the cleanliness everywhere.
I will recommend this trip to my friends.
